In November 2025, leading logistics specialist Simarco took delivery of two new Volvo FH500 Aero GTXL tractor units from MC Truck & Bus. This delivery continues a long-standing partnership that has supported Simarco’s UK operations for many years.

Throughout its history, Simarco has worked closely with MC Group to supply its commercial vehicles. As a result, it has consistently selected premium Volvo trucks that combine performance, safety, and comfort. This latest delivery once again reflects that commitment to excellence.

Built for High-Mileage Operations

These new Volvo FH500 Aero 6×2 GTXL Aeros are a perfect fit for Simarco’s high-mileage operations. Designed for maximum driver safety and comfort, the model offers a spacious cab, advanced camera systems, and exceptional visibility on the road.

They are fully DVS compliant and powered by Volvo’s advanced Turbo Compound (TC) engine. This setup delivers impressive fuel efficiency and performance. The technology supports Simarco’s commitment to reducing emissions and improving economy. These are key priorities for its extensive nationwide activities.

The GTXL cab offers exceptional space, smart storage, and Volvo’s renowned attention to detail. Inside, drivers benefit from full leather upholstery, a fridge, microwave, twin bunks, and an ergonomic workspace designed for long-distance journeys.

Each truck is finished in Simarco’s standout green livery. MC Hythe paint shop, expertly detailed them with a bespoke gloss black grille. Subsequently, RGVA Vehicle Graphics completed the look with a full cab wrap. This created a bold and professional on-road presence.
