We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our truck sales team based in Aylesford, Kent. This is a busy department and requires a team player with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
Duties will include:-
- Checking and administering new vehicle arrivals
- Manage active pipeline of vehicle orders including liaising with suppliers for chassis progress updates
- Updating computerised systems (such as Tranman & Volvo & Isuzu Manufacturing order management systems) and communicate changes to customers
- Administering vehicle registration paperwork for all orders
- Invoice reconciliation
- Registration of new vehicles
- General administrative duties i.e. scanning/data input
- Coordinate driver movements

MC Truck and Bus are looking for a front counter Parts Sales Adviser to join our Southampton Depot. Applicants must be target orientated with previous experience of working within the motor industry preferably the Truck, Bus or Trailer industry.
Main duties include:
- Identifying vehicle parts, picking, selling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ordering/supply.
- Liaising with suppliers for ordering non-Volvo parts and ensuring job cards contain correct parts information ready for the admin team to invoice.
- Using a computerised parts system and a main agent catalogue system
- General warehouse duties: stock control, liaising with suppliers and delivering parts when necessary
- Covering service parts counter as and when requested
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle type and parts, HGV experience would be preferable
- Confident using a computerised parts system
- Experience of; stock management, causal parts and following parts processes with attention to detail
